I recently came across these cool twirly ladybirds at Crafts By Amanda.
We were about to take down the Easter decorations and so we made our ladybirds into bunting. (I’m guessing Amanda’s ladybirds weren’tmade by a 4 year old, they look a little more professional than ours!) I was soooo impressed that he basically did them himself.
We started off punching circles from coloured card. (It’s the stampin’ Up Brights collection if you really want to know!)
Then we got out the black paint and Oscar painted a stripe for the ladybird’s heads. I got out a stamp dauber to do the ladybird spots….
But he found another method too….
After the paint was dry we added googly eyes:
And drew on the wing line:

Yay! That’s SO fun that he made them himself! You’re right, I did make mine, not a 4 yo
, but my goal is that I make things that are easy enough for kids to do. So happy to see this, great job!!
glad you spotted them Amanda. We love your blog!
What fun! I think we’ll be trying this one at our house.
