This week’s cake break is Jodie’s hello kitty cake from last December. Oscar chose it because we are all missing Jodie a lot now she’s no longer living with Juliet and Chris. 
Here’s a little bit of a how to:
Cut the cake into hello kitty shape.
Cover the white fondant parts first.
Then add the rest of the fondant layers.
Then add her bow and pipe the details with black icing.
Cartoon characters aren’t exactly my favourite thing to make as it’s hard to get them to look right. I wasn’t at all happy with this cake, but Jodie seemed to like it.
